- Define the actual issues in your relationship (is any argument about doing the dishes really about doing the dishes?)
- Learn how to discuss those issues “productively”.
- Create tailor-made strategies for your different situations to create desired outcomes that you can put into use immediately. You’ll leave our meetings knowing not just what to do, but how to do it.
- Discuss how the strategies worked and make adjustments as needed. The process is called relationship data analysis “RDA”. This equips you with the skills to put your relationship back on track and keep it there.
