SMS Messaging Terms

Strategic Relationship Consulting DBA Stephanie Mintz ("Stephanie Mintz Advisory," "we," "us") operates two separate SMS programs:

• Non-marketing (transactional) SMS: inquiry replies, appointment reminders, session scheduling, service notifications, billing, customer support communications, and other service-related information.
• Marketing SMS: promotional offers, discounts, event invitations, and related marketing communications.

You opt in to each program separately by checking the corresponding consent box on our website. Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchase or to receive any service.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive transactional messages tied to specific events (appointment confirmations, replies, reminders) and, if opted in, occasional marketing messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send any additional SMS messages from that program. To re-join, opt in again on our website or reply START.

You may opt out of one program (for example, marketing) while remaining opted in to the other (for example, transactional) by texting STOP in reply to a message from the program you want to leave.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data collected are subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided to opt in.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS programs after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
