What you leave with.
Every engagement produces named, written artifacts — not vibes.
Relationship IQ™ Report
A written baseline across five domains — trust, communication, conflict, intimacy, alignment.
Outcome Contract
A short, signed document naming the outcome both partners are agreeing to build toward.
Communication Architecture
The rules of engagement for the hard conversations — written, referenced, revised.
Conflict Protocol
A step-by-step protocol for what happens the next time it goes sideways.
Ritual & Intimacy Plan
The weekly, monthly, and quarterly rituals that hold the relationship in place.
12-Month Defend Playbook
The maintenance schedule that keeps the work from unwinding.
The engagement is honest about fit.
A fit if
- Both partners are willing to be in the room.
- The relationship is worth defending, even if it's damaged.
- You are ready to work in weekly, structured cadence for 12 weeks.
- You want the outcome named and engineered — not simply explored.
Not a fit if
- — Active, ongoing physical or emotional abuse is present.
- — Untreated addiction is driving the dynamic.
- — One partner is unwilling to participate honestly.
- — You are looking for open-ended talk therapy.
What the office stands behind.
Confidentiality
Mutual NDA. Nothing said in the room leaves it. No case studies without written consent.
Responsiveness
Between-session messages answered within one business day. Emergencies answered same day.
Fit Guarantee
If, after the first two sessions, either party or the practice concludes it is not the right fit, the engagement is closed and the balance refunded.
What clients ask before applying.
Do both partners have to participate?
For couples engagements, yes. Individual engagements are structured differently — the office will advise.
What if only one of us is ready?
Start with an individual engagement. When your partner is ready, we shift the format.
Is this covered by insurance?
No. This is a private advisory engagement, not clinical treatment.
What does it cost?
Ranges are shared in the Strategy Session after fit is established. Fees reflect the seniority of the practitioner and the intensity of the protocol.
Will Stephanie personally run our sessions?
Yes. The practice is capped at twelve concurrent clients precisely so she can.
